At Impressive Resorts & SPAS the safety, well-being and enjoyment of our clients is always our priority.
We want to convey to you that from Impressive Resorts & Spas we have a rigorous protocol for prevention and action, and that we follow those recommendations regarding hygiene and safety by organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and what the local authorities dictate. We also want to convey our solidarity and support to those affected.
Modification and cancellation policy:
At Impressive Resorts & Spas we want our clients to have maximum flexibility in the management of their reservations in the current environment. Is for that reason that:
- For guests who have an existing reservations for any future arrival dates, including reservations with prepaid or non-refundable rates, we will allow them to be totally modified or canceled without any penalties, 24 hours before the arrival date, as long as the change or cancellation is made before April 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences.
- For guests making new reservations for any future arrival dates, including reservations with prepaid or non-refundable rates, between now and April 30, 2020, we will allow them to modify or cancel them free of charge up to 24 hours before the expected arrival date. Please note that changes to reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences.

Guests who have made their reservation through an online travel agency or other travel agent are encouraged to contact the reservation provider for information on their policies.
